El casco de la hacienda tiene 2520m2 y aproximadamente 12m de altura, fue asentada en una superficie de 1200m2, construida en su totalidad a base de ladrillos de arcilla cocida, los cuales fueron unidos con una mezcla que antiguamente cumplía la función del cemento, procedimiento que consistía en quemar la piedra caliza con leña y posteriormente se le agregaba agua, con lo cual su reacción era hervir, se mezclaba y al apagarse, aún caliente se aplicaba directamente para unir los ladrillos y asi lograr una total aderencia.
